AppManagerBase inherits clsBusinessBase, so application managers participate in the BOF object hierarchy defined by SAIF.BOF.Framework.
Security evaluation depends on framework-provided clsSecurityPrincipal behavior rather than a library-local authorization implementation.
The nuspec dependency list should remain aligned with the project references and packages.config package inventory.
The library creates SQL Server and Oracle portal plumbing, but it does not contain direct SQL, table mappings, or IBusinessCriteria implementations.
