# clsBillAuditService

Represents one service line as it is being evaluated by the automated bill audit engine. It exposes bill and service identifiers, service coding and date data, auditable-state checks, and conversion/rate lookups used during allowance and adjustment logic.

## Purpose
- Holds audit-time state for an individual bill service line.
- Exposes the identifiers, coding, service-date, and service metadata needed by audit rules.
- Provides auditable-state and conversion/rate helpers used by adjustment calculations.
