SAIF.Business.Claim.ThirdParty is the claim-domain recovery and subrogation library. It groups case, expense, lien, settlement, distribution, note, task, prediction, and bill-audit entities around a large Oracle package contract so claim workflows can manage third-party recovery from one BOF component.

Purpose

• Provide BOF entities and collections for third-party recovery case management.
• Persist recovery finance records such as expenses, liens, settlements, distributions, and predictions.
• Support recovery search, tasking, note management, and reporting-oriented lookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party case, participant, and status lifecycles.
• Persist recovery financial subdomains through package-backed criteria classes.
• Provide analytical prediction, statute-date, and search helpers.
• Centralize recovery-specific constants, code lookups, and support entities.
