# Configuration settings

`SAIF.Business.EPay.USBank` reads configuration from three main places: centralized environment settings (`IEnvironmentService`), legacy `properties.xml` nodes exposed through `clsProperties`, and an external UNC-hosted XML constants file. The library also carries typed SOAP-endpoint defaults in `app.config`, but handwritten code primarily overrides service URLs from runtime configuration.

## Configuration retrieval methods

## AppSettings (Web.config)

No handwritten code in this library uses `ConfigurationManager.AppSettings`.
