clsEAIP¶

clsEAIP is a legacy EAIP period lookup helper class. Its Inherits clsBusinessBase line is commented out in the current source, so it is treated as a plain (non-BOF) object rather than a BOF business object. It contains BuildEAIPPeriodDropDown logic and holds a reference to clsEAIPMessages. It may be a transitional or partially-migrated class*.

Purpose¶

Provides EAIP period dropdown data by executing queries against CL_INJURY_CLAIM, EAIP_PERIOD, and EAIP_STATUS_CODE.
Accepts either a claim ID or a claim number as input*.

Behavioral notes¶

Executes SQL-013 when called with a claim ID.
Executes SQL-014 when called with a claim number.
Because Inherits clsBusinessBase is commented out, this class does not participate in the BOF lifecycle (BeforeRetrieve, AfterRetrieve, etc.); calling mechanisms are invoked directly*.
The runtime calling mechanism that invokes BuildEAIPPeriodDropDown was not located in this analysis pass**.

Constraints and usage notes¶

This class is a possible dead/transitional artifact. Its live invocation path was not confirmed**.
