clsMenuSecurityUserCollection¶

clsMenuSecurityUserCollection is a BOF collection that retrieves clsMenuSecurityUser records from the MENU_SECURITY_USER table, with optional filtering by user.

Purpose¶

Return security-user records for a specific user or all records from the table.

Behavioral notes¶

When MenuUser > String.Empty, BeforeRetrieve executes retrieveForUserSQL (SQL-029) — note: no AddParm call is issued in this branch despite the SQL containing a :MenuUser bind variable; this is a source-level anomaly noted in the DB analysis.*
When MenuUser is empty, BeforeRetrieve executes RetrieveSQL (SQL-030) — note: this branch does issue AddParm("MenuUser", ...) even though the SQL text has no bind variable; another source-level anomaly.*
AfterRetrieve populates clsMenuSecurityUser child objects from the IDataReader result.*

Constraints and usage notes¶

The apparent inversion of the bind-parameter logic between the two branches is a potential source defect — verify behavior before relying on user-filtered retrieval.
