clsEligPayeeClaimCollection	Class	`SAIF.Business.Payment`	BOF collection of `clsEligPayeeClaim` objects; assembles eligible payees via worker/beneficiary eligibility rules.
IBankAccount	Interface	`SAIF.Business.Payment`	Read-only contract describing a bank account's public shape.
iPaymentPreference	Interface	`SAIF.Business.Payment`	Contract describing a payee's preferred payment method; declares the `PaymentPreferenceTypes` enum.
PayeeAddressType	Enum	`SAIF.Business.Payment`	Address-type codes for eligible-payee records: Home, Mailing, Primary, NoAddress. Nested in `clsEligPayeeClaim`.
PaymentPreferenceTypes	Enum	`SAIF.Business.Payment`	Payment-method type codes: Check, DirectDeposit, DebitCard, UnSpecified. Nested in `iPaymentPreference`.
