# Configuration settings

`SAIF.Business.Policy.Affiliate` performs no programmatic configuration retrieval of its own. Its direct configuration surface is limited to Oracle provider registration, assembly binding redirects, and an empty VB application-settings scaffold, while runtime connection and environment settings are inherited from BOF framework packages.
