# ImagingMetadata

Compact imaging metadata block embedded in `PolicyDocumentConfig` for preset-based distribution.

## Purpose
- Carry transaction, account, effective-date, and document-date values used by the preset-driven distribution flow.

## Public members

| TransactionNumber | `public string TransactionNumber { get; set; }` | Policy transaction number the distributed document corresponds to. |
| AccountNumber | `public string AccountNumber { get; set; }` | Account number associated with the policy for the preset-distribution flow. |
| EffectivePolicyDate | `public DateTime EffectivePolicyDate { get; set; }` | Effective date of the policy term for the distributed document. |
| DocumentDate | `public DateTime DocumentDate { get; set; }` | Date the document is considered issued for imaging indexing. |

## Behavioral notes
- This type is smaller than the older `Imaging` payload used by `DistributionOptions`.

## Constraints and usage notes
- The preset-distribution service determines how these values are interpreted.
