PolicyDocDistributionCall

Preset-based policy document distribution client that posts PolicyDocumentConfig payloads to /v1/documents/distribute/presets.

Purpose

• Provide the newer preset-driven distribution path alongside the older fully specified DistributionRequest model.
• Forward policy-document payloads that let the downstream service resolve channel presets server-side.
