SAIF.Business.Policy.Audit.Premium is a mid-tier VB.NET business-object library that models premium-audit work: audit selection, auditor assignment, WCIS synchronization, review handling, and premium-audit result persistence. Framework services provide the data-portal and rules-engine behavior used by these objects.*

Purpose

• Provide the premium-audit domain model consumed by packaged SAIF policy applications.
• Select candidate audits from expiring and off-cycle policy periods, then apply configurable selection tests before creating new audits.
• Assign audits to auditors, synchronize audits with WCIS coverage changes, and persist audit results, review outcomes, and remote WCIS actions.
