`clsCodeTableBase` and `clsAddress` are real framework touchpoints in this library, but their indexed framework documentation could not be resolved, so no extra transitive claims are made from those two types.**

## Dependency risks and notes
- Premium depends on Rating, not the reverse.
- `build-vars.yml` uses `AppName: SAIF.BOF.Business` even though the same file points to the Premium solution and project.
- The library has no `<ProjectReference>` items; dependency flow is package-based rather than same-solution compilation.
