# PayrollReportFrequencies

`PayrollReportFrequencies` is a nested enumeration of `Enums` that classifies how often a policyholder is required to report payroll (annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly). `Enums.ConvertPayrollReportFrequency` translates between this enum and its persisted database codes.

## Purpose
- Represent the fixed, closed set of payroll-report-frequency codes recognized by the policy domain, per [BR-POL-003](../../../../business-rules.md#br-pol-003-persisted-policy-codes-map-to-fixed-domain-enums).
- Provide the `Unknown` fallback value used when a persisted payroll-report-frequency code cannot be mapped, per [BR-POL-004](../../../../business-rules.md#br-pol-004-unrecognized-codes-translate-to-safe-defaults).
