# InstitutionRowChangeEvent

`InstitutionRowChangeEvent` is the designer-generated `EventArgs` subclass raised by `InstitutionDataTable`'s row-change events (`InstitutionRowChanging`, `InstitutionRowChanged`, `InstitutionRowDeleting`, `InstitutionRowDeleted`). It carries the affected `InstitutionRow` and the `DataRowAction` describing what changed.

## Purpose
- Carry the specific `InstitutionRow` instance that changed, so event handlers can inspect or react to the modified row.
- Carry the `DataRowAction` value describing the nature of the change (e.g., add, change, delete, commit, rollback).
