# TitleCaseExtensions

`TitleCaseExtensions` is a public module (defined in the `Extensions` region of `TitleCase.vb`) providing extension methods on `String` for title-casing, proper-casing, capital-letter padding, array-level case conversion, and numeric-only checks.

## Behavioral notes
- `ToTitleCase` and `ToProperCase` are thin forwarding wrappers with no additional logic of their own.
- `ToPadCapitalLetters`'s dependency on the external `PadCapitalLettersFormat` type means its exact behavior cannot be fully verified from this library's source alone.**
- `ToLower`/`ToUpper` operate element-wise on an array and return a new array; the source array is not documented as being mutated in place.*

## Constraints and usage notes
- All members are extension methods; consumers invoke them as instance-style calls on `String`/`String()` values (e.g., `myString.ToTitleCase()`).
- `ContainsOnlyNumericCharacters` uses a regular expression internally; behavior on empty strings could not be confirmed from the scanned source.**
