# SAIF.Business.View.Provider overview

SAIF.Business.View.Provider is a mid-tier VB.NET class library that exposes SAIF BOF business objects, collections, DTO lists, and a legacy typed `DataSet` for provider-domain retrieval and search.

## Purpose
- Provide reusable provider-domain retrieval objects for provider master, location, address, relationship, ineligibility, tax-ID, service, contract, and reference-data lookups.
- Centralize provider search behavior, including optional service-type, MCO-plan, tax-ID, identity, name, address, and phone filters.
- Package provider-related data access as a NuGet-distributed component.

## Responsibilities
- Retrieve single provider records and provider collections.
- Retrieve provider-location child data such as addresses, relationships, ineligibility periods, services, service contracts, and tax IDs.
- Expose provider type and supporting reference data through read-only retrieval paths.
- Execute dynamic provider search across multiple provider-domain tables.

- `clsProvider` / `clsProviderCollection`: provider master retrieval objects.
- `clsProviderLocation` / `clsProviderLocationCollection`: provider-location retrieval objects.
- `clsProviderSearch`: dynamic search orchestrator.
- `clsProviderType` / `clsProviderTypeCollection`: read-only provider type reference-data objects.
