# iPayee

`iPayee` is a public interface in `SAIF.Business` that defines the identity, classification, tax ID, and contact information exposed by a payee object.

## Purpose
- Standardizes the identifying fields returned by payee objects through `PayeeID`, `Name`, and `SSNTaxID`.
- Exposes both enumerated and code-based payee classification through `PayeeType` and `PayeeTypeCode`.
- Requires implementers to supply address, phone, and email contact information for the payee.

## Behavioral notes
- The interface defines data members only; it does not provide validation or formatting logic.
- `PayeeType` and `PayeeTypeCode` expose the same classification in enum and string-code forms.
- `EmailAddress` is the only writable member on the contract.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Implementing types must provide all properties declared by the interface.
- The nested `PayeeTypes` enum is limited to `Worker`, `Provider`, and `Policyholder`.
- The contract does not define methods for loading, saving, or validating payee data.
