clsCityStateCountyInfo

clsCityStateCountyInfo is the DTO used for ZIP lookup results. Each instance represents one fixed-width row parsed from the vendor service response.

Purpose

  • Hold one city/state/county combination returned by ZIP-based lookup.

Behavioral notes

  • clsCleanAddress.FindCityStateInfoByZip() creates one instance per returned row and populates it from fixed-width substrings.

Constraints and usage notes

  • Property values depend on the vendor service preserving the expected 55-character row layout.
