## Dependency risks and notes
- The generated proxy reads its URL from `My.Settings`, while `app.config` also defines a separate `system.serviceModel` endpoint entry for `http://localhost:53912/clsCAServices.asmx`; those two configuration values must stay aligned for predictable environment behavior.
- Every public method creates a fresh SOAP proxy instance, which keeps the wrapper simple but adds repeated client-construction overhead.
- `UseDefaultCredentials = True` makes successful service access dependent on the hosting process identity.
- The project and nuspec declare several package dependencies that are not referenced by name in the library's own `.vb` source files, so consumers inherit a broader package graph than the wrapper code alone suggests.
