Dependency risks and notes

• The serialization contract is positional and string-based, so changing property names, emitted keys, or output order in ToString() changes what downstream consumers receive.
• Package references substantially exceed the code used by clsImageImport; future cleanup should confirm whether all declared package dependencies remain necessary for packaging and deployment.
• Oracle provider registration is present in configuration files even though the library's code does not issue database calls.
