# Formats

`Formats` is a public enumeration nested inside `clsRSPrint`. It enumerates the SSRS output formats supported by `clsRSPrint.Format`.

## Purpose
- Provide a type-safe vocabulary for selecting the SSRS render format.

| `Excel` | `Excel` | Maps to render token `Excel` and file extension `xls`. |

| `Image` | `Image` | Maps to render token `IMAGE` and file extension `jpeg`. |
| `PDF` | `PDF` | Maps to render token `PDF` and file extension `pdf`. |

## Behavioral notes
- `clsRSPrint.Format`'s setter translates each `Formats` value into both the render-format token string and the file extension used internally when rendering.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Callers select a member of `Formats` through `clsRSPrint.Format` before calling `PreviewDocument`.
