## Dependency risks and notes
- `RemotePost.vb` — the only hand-authored source file in this library — uses only `System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection` and `System.Web.HttpContext`; no code references `Newtonsoft.Json`, `RestSharp`, `Oracle.ManagedDataAccess`, or any `SAIF.BOF.Framework`/`SAIF.Web.API.Clients` type. These declared package references appear to be vestigial/unused at the source level, or exist only to support downstream consumers via `IncludeReferencedProjects` packaging.**
- The dependency footprint declared in the project significantly exceeds the library's actual code surface, which may complicate dependency-risk assessment for consumers auditing this package's transitive attack surface.*
- No database, security, or configuration dependency risk applies — this library performs no database access, no security/authorization interactions, and reads no application-specific configuration values at runtime.
