The root `.nuspec` (`SAIF.BOF.Presentation.Web.Infragistics103.nuspec`) packages this library's compiled output together with sibling presentation components, but does not include the `SAIF.Business` or `SAIF.Resources` projects as separately resolvable package dependencies. This is a build/packaging risk: any consumer or downstream build that expects to resolve these two projects independently (rather than relying on what was already compiled into `SAIF.Business.Menu.dll`) will not find them through this package.

## Dependency risks and notes
- The project file contains two identical `ProjectReference` entries to `SAIF.Business.vbproj`; the duplication is build metadata, not a second logical dependency.
- The root `.nuspec` packages this library together with sibling presentation components as part of `SAIF.BOF.Presentation.Web.Infragistics103`.
- Authorization depends on database rows rather than an AD-resource or WCF security-service assembly.
