HoverLabel

HoverLabel is the lightest-weight hover trigger in this library: a Label (defaulting to the text ?) that opens a HoverPanel when hovered, for cases where a small inline hint marker is enough and a full icon or picture is not needed.

Purpose

• Renders a small clickable/hoverable label (default ?) that serves purely as a trigger for an associated HoverPanel.
• Lets callers override the trigger's default text while keeping the hover-popup wiring automatic.
