The middleware controls the layout of the menu system, but there are partials that you can use to not
only customize some parts of the layout, but also add custom items to the layout.

Partials live in the following directory:

/Pages/Shared/MiddlewareIncludes

When a page is rendered it will call the partials and scripts that in the Pages/Shared/MiddlewareIncludes directory.

The order is as follows:

<HTML>
	<HEAD>
	   INCLUDE siteStyles.cshmtl
	   INCLUDE siteHeaderScripts.cshmtl
	</HEAD>
	<BODY>
	   INCLUDE siteBodyPartial.cshmtl

	   <RENDER TOP MENU BAR>

	   INCLUDE siteHeaderBarPartial.cshmtl

	   <RENDER Middleware SIDE MENU>

	   <RENDER Middleware TAB MENU>

	   INCLUDE siteAppHeaderPartial.cshmtl

	   INCLUDE siteContentStartPartial.cshmtl
	   <RENDER PAGE CONTENT>
       INCLUDE siteContentEndPartial.cshmtl

       INCLUDE siteFooterPartial.cshmtl

	   <RENDER Middleware Footer>

	   INCLUDE siteScripts.cshmtl
	</BODY>
</HTML>

You can add custom code and scripts to each of the includes as needed, you can also extend the partials to call
application specific code you may need.

You may also encounter some issues with Bootstrap containers, the older version of the middleware put everything into a Row class, in this version you start at a container div so you can add rows as needed and not have things offset. If your using CSS to align things, you may need to make adjustments for that.
