_PolicyLayout

Full BOL layout for policy pages: page header, top menu, side menu, policy header bar, and the context form. Consumers select it as the Layout of pages derived from BolPolicyModel.

Purpose

• Compose the BOL chrome with the policy header and the context textbox, which is rendered as a text input when ChangeContextPrivilege is set and as a hidden input otherwise (presentation only, not server-side authorization) (BR-BOLMIDDLEWARE-019).
• Show the error view when the menu is missing (BR-BOLMIDDLEWARE-016).
