# ActiveMco

Request payload passed to `ClaimDataApiClient.GetGWActiveMCOClaims`, describing an active Managed Care Organization (MCO) enrollment to query claims for: an optional enrollment date and a list of MCO plan IDs.

## Purpose
- Carries the enrollment date and plan ID filters used to look up claims associated with an active MCO enrollment.
- Its `enrollmentDate` is deliberately nullable so callers can omit it from the serialized request when retrieving all active enrollments; `ClaimDataApiClient.GetGWActiveMCOClaims` serializes this type with `NullValueHandling.Ignore` specifically to drop a null `enrollmentDate`.

## Behavioral notes
- This class has no behavior of its own; it is a plain data-transfer object serialized to JSON by `ClaimDataApiClient.GetGWActiveMCOClaims` before being POSTed to `mco/claims`.

## Constraints and usage notes
- `enrollmentDate` is typed as `string`, not `DateTime`, so callers are responsible for formatting it in whatever format the Guidewire MCO endpoint expects*.
- The property name `mcoPlanIDs` matches the type name `mcoPlanIDs` (see the separate page for that type); this is a same-named property/type pair in the source, not a typo in this documentation.
