# claimsInfo

claimsInfo represents a single claim's managed care organization (MCO) enrollment record, including the worker's name, MCO plan identifiers, and enrollment dates; it is the element type of `ClaimMcoData.claimsInfo` (see ../SAIF.Data.Guidewire.Models.ClaimDataApi/ClaimMcoData.md), returned by `ClaimDataApiClient.GetGWActiveMCOClaims` (see ../SAIF.Data.Guidewire.Clients/ClaimDataApiClient.md).
Its type name is lowercase in the source code, unlike other public types in this namespace.

## Purpose
- Carries claim identity fields alongside MCO enrollment details (MCO ID/name/plan, effective and expiration dates, decision, and status) for a single claim under active MCO management.
