Steps

1. GetSubjectName(caseNumber): raw Oracle SQL (SQL-032) across investigation, subject, person, company, provider_location and policy, using nvl fallbacks.
2. Rule: SDN-BR-050.
3. GetClaimId(caseNumber): raw Oracle SQL (SQL-033).
