Domain entity representing Overpayment data within the claims overpayments area of the claims/policy domain, mapped for NHibernate persistence.*

## Purpose
- Models overpayment data used by the claims overpayments area of this library.*
- Inherits shared identity/lifecycle behavior from `EntityBase`.
