Translation notes:
- The method returns an unmaterialized `IQueryable` typed as `IEnumerable`. The SQL runs when the caller enumerates it, once per enumeration.
- `ADDRESS_CODE` is the FK column of the `AddressType` key-reference; the address-type table is not joined.
