Translation notes:
- `repository` is `Factory.GetRepository<LegalCase>().Query()` (constructor, line 28).
- `Status.IsActive` → `ACTIVE_FLAG` mapped `CustomType<YesNoType>()` → `'Y'`.
- Implicit member-access navigation produces an INNER JOIN, NHibernate's default for property paths in a WHERE clause.
