EnumerableExtensions

Static extension class providing ChunkBy, a lazily evaluated helper that splits any IEnumerable<T> into successive fixed-size List<T> batches, used elsewhere in the codebase to batch work (e.g., bulk operations against external services) into manageable groups*.
