Translation notes:
- `:Id` is the value fetched from sequence `LEGAL_COLLECTION_NOTE_SEQ` (`GeneratedBy.Native("LEGAL_COLLECTION_NOTE_SEQ")`) before the INSERT; NHibernate assigns it to `Note.Id`.
