# SQL-226: Retrieve LegalCase via CreateTaskNote

`LegalTaskService.CreateTaskNote` loads a `LegalCase` by primary key as an object-initializer member of `new LegalNote { Case = ... }`. It runs only when the task category is a legal activity category.

Translation notes:
- `SingleOrDefault`/`Single` add no row limit; NHibernate throws if more than one row is returned.
- This LINQ is an object-initializer member (L928-930) inside `new LegalNote { ... }`. It runs only when the task category is a legal activity category (L923).
