This ORM statement updates a `RCT_POLICIES_TO_TRANSMIT` row's policy period effective date and market type for a policy to be transmitted, executed from `Services/SAIF.Services/Rct/RctPolicyToTransmitService.cs (L66)`. Translation notes:

- No `Version(...)` mapping, so the UPDATE has no optimistic-concurrency predicate.
- `Update(entity)` emits an explicit UPDATE of every updatable mapped column (no `DynamicUpdate()` on this map).
- The entity is a detached instance built by `Mapper.Map` (line 64); `Update` re-attaches it by identifier (`POLICY_NUM`).
