This statement deletes the `RctPolicyToTransmit` entity identified by its `POLICY_NUM` key from `RCT_POLICIES_TO_TRANSMIT`, executed via `IUnitOfWork.GetRepository<T>().Delete(...)` from `Services/SAIF.Services/Rct/RctPolicyToTransmitService.cs (L52)` in `RctPolicyToTransmitService.RemoveRctPolicyToTransmit`.
