SQL-010 Retrieve duration code list (hearing location screen)¶

Retrieves the full DURATION_CODE list, ordered by description, for the DURATIONCODESQL code-table lookup used by the hearing-location maintenance UI. The SQL text is identical to SQL-006 but is defined independently as a separate Private Const in clsHearingLocationManager.vb rather than shared/reused from clsAttorneyTableManager.vb.
