Hosted endpoints

These 44 endpoints are the controller actions that serve the application's own three screens. They are not a published API: nothing outside the screens is documented to call them, and the application has no ApiController. Endpoints marked ** could not be attributed to a screen, so no screen is claimed to call them. Request and response shapes were not captured**; the screen pages describe the grid (DataSourceRequest and DataSourceResult) and JSON payloads in context.
