HoverHelpControl

HoverHelpControl pairs a Label trigger with a titled HoverPanelControl, defaulting the popup's header to "Help". It gives pages a labeled, titled help affordance as an alternative to the icon-based HoverHelp, for contexts where a text link plus a headed popup reads better than an icon.

Purpose

• Renders a Label trigger paired with a titled HoverPanelControl, so the popup carries a visible header rather than relying on content alone.
• Defaults HeaderText to "Help", giving callers a ready-to-use help affordance without configuring a title per instance.
