Excluded from the public surface. BillMappingHelper (SAIF.Domain.Model.Claims.Bills), ClaimsMappingHelper (SAIF.Domain.Model.Claims), and EdiBuildSegments (SAIF.Domain.Claims.Ebilling) are declared internal in source; their reference pages exist on disk for completeness but are intentionally omitted from the table above.
