BillNoteValidator

Validates a bill Note entry, requiring non-empty note text capped at 600 characters. It has no constructor dependencies and performs only in-memory string checks, making it a lightweight, self-contained validator used wherever a plain bill note is captured (distinct from note-modification requests, which carry richer category/type/contention rules).*

Purpose

  • Requires NoteText to be non-null and non-empty.
  • Enforces a maximum length of 600 characters on NoteText.

Context

  • Namespace: SAIF.Services.Claims.Bills.Validators
  • Assembly/package: SAIF.Services (packaged inside the SAIF.SAIFCode.Core NuGet package)
