SQL-258: Retrieve Policy via GetPolicyData¶

This statement reads a single POLICY row by policy number, returning the policy's certificate-facing attributes (name, legal name, status, market type, office, agent, relationship, and rate-account linkage). It is issued via NHibernate LINQ from CertificateInformationService.GetPolicyData at Services/SAIF.Services/Policies/Certificates/Information/CertificateInformationService.cs:489.
