SAIF.Framework.Connection configuration settings

SAIF.Framework.Connection does not use IEnvironmentService, ConfigurationManager.AppSettings, DbConnectionManager, or <connectionStrings> entries. Its configuration surface consists of one typed ApplicationSettingsBase web-service endpoint setting (SAIF_Framework_Connection_ConnectInfo_ConnectInfo) plus Oracle provider registrations in app.config; Oracle and SQL Server connection strings themselves are resolved at runtime from the remote ConnectInfo SOAP service.
